Where we ship
We currently ship to:

• Canada

All orders are shipped from France.

Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. You may open and reasonably test the product to determine its nature and functioning. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in good condition
• There must be no visible damage
• The product must be in working order
• All original components must be included

Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds cover the product price only
• Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by law
• Refunds are processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible athelp@littlevoices.eu
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

EU consumers
If you are located in the European Union, you also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies regardless of our extended 30-day return policy. This statutory right does not affect your other consumer rights.
