This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you purchase from littlevoices.eu.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day period by contacting us at hello@littlevoices.eu.

2. Our Extended 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
You may return a product within 30 days provided that:
  • The product is in good condition
  • There is no visible damage
  • The product is in working order
  • All original components are included
This extended return policy does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.

3. Condition of Returned Products

You may open and reasonably test the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
However, you may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to perform this assessment.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • The refund will cover the product price only
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by applicable law
Refunds are processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.
