These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products made through the website littlevoices.eu (the “Site”).
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are physical products intended for consumer use.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for information purposes only. Minor variations may occur and do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Products are billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when the customer completes the checkout process and receives an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the customer will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers available on the Site. We do not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, carrier, or customs processing.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with applicable European consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw by contacting hello@littlevoices.eu within the withdrawal period.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be in good condition, without visible damage, and in working order.
The consumer is responsible for any handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund of the product price will be issued using the original payment method, within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
  • Are returned damaged due to improper handling
  • Are returned incomplete or in a condition that prevents resale
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with legal provisions.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damages that are direct and foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, and trademarks, is the property of PARKFARLEY or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the sale of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
